Annual event. I designed about 5 of these over the 11 years I was at 1-800 Contacts. It was a smaller event, but we still did everything to make it special for the kids and parents that attended. T-shirt for kids that came to the event.

For the brand plan meetings in 2023 (planning for the upcoming year) we had a quarterly meeting to plan the strategy for each franchise that all of North America ClinOps team members. Here is the theme and a few stand out swag items that went with it.

This is a packaging project for our North American ClinOps employees Full Potential incentive program. The medals inside were attached with strong magnets to a metal base and each award was earned throughout the year.

A summer party for 1-800 Contacts for employee appreciation. With a budget of just over $200K, we were able to do things this year that we hadn’t previously dreamed of. Lots of SWAG, food, and fun.
