Project Description

A summer party for 1-800 Contacts for employee appreciation. With a budget of just over $200K, we were able to do things this year that we hadn’t previously dreamed of. Lots of SWAG, food, and fun. Deliverables included email invites, wayfinding signage, stage design, hand-made western environmental designs, tickets, site maps, t-shirts, vouchers, and more delivered in a branded “Mailbag” and 1800s parcel. Everything needed to look like it was from the old west. Drew a lot of inspiration from Pony Express and old railroad designs.

Balancing a large budget is often more complex than balancing a small one. With set and stage pieces, vendors, food, and custom printed invites and packaging, every little detail was considered and designed to create an immersive and memorable experience for the nearly 3000 attendees. I have physical samples of these and many more creative deliverables to present in person.
