For bioMérieux’s marketing conference Nacom (North American Communications). Working with Stagedge, we delivered a fantastic 4-day training conference for all of the North American Sales and Marketing teams in Phoenix, AZ. I was part of the events committee, with multiple responsibilities before and during the event, including design, wayfinding, SWAG design, event planning, day of execution and marketing.
As an initiative for eco-responsibility, every participant was given a bottle to refill rather than using thousands of bottled waters. They were able to decorate their own bottles with stickers we designed. Each time they refilled their bottle they scanned a QR code on the side and those with the most scans won prizes. Very unique, eco-friendly, and very fun!
