Assess, Advise and Assist. The triple A conference is a yearly development conference created by Mountain America’s internal communications and training teams. Each year has a unique theme with a goal to reinforce the messages the employees would hear at the event. This year I had the honor to create a theme for the space age. We created life size cutouts of satellites, astronauts and even a “moon-walk” backdrop for people to take selfies with. Add these to the 30 foot banners and laser light show, the ambiance for the conference was out of this world.
