Winner of a 2017 CUNA Diamond award, this mailer was intended to be attractive to a younger demographic. The hope would be that it would be fun and something they wouldn’t quickly throw away just because of it’s unique nature. The pop-up function with the pullout offer was engaging and memorable, resulting in an increase in new credit card accounts. The rise was around 10% above initial projection with only 10,000 direct mail pieces delivered. It would be interesting to see how such a mailer would perform to a larger audience.
